We have grown the business over a period of 12 years to a point where we now employ approximately 200 people. The business is run and managed by a core team of directors who have been with the business for at least 8 years, and have, both as a group and individually, learned and grown with the business.

There is also a strong team of managers who play a vital role in growing the business. Each member of staff has an important role to play and is focused in precise areas of responsibilities. Each director has a portfolio of management in the business ranging from overall focus through to Accounts, Production, Sales , Marketing and Technical. They have a management and staff compliment that forms the cornerstone of the business.

The company looks to employ people who retain their personal identity rather than be forced into a cultural style, though principles that we try and live by are encouraged. We have a diverse team with over 50 percent female staff and 35 percent are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, whose roles penetrate every tier of the business.

In essence we strive to have an entrepreneurial, youthful, spirit that extols a high level of professionalism without enforcing a corporate approach or environment, but has a high level of performance.
